Technical Support offers an FTP service to our customers where we publish manufacturers’ major software releases. We will advise you on your recommended software version based on your computer/hardware configuration for the best possible compatibility throughout your system.
All Pro Tools systems come fully installed and tested before shipping, with free over-the-phone support provided by our own fully trained Digidesign technical support staff, in addition to any support offered by Digidesign themselves
