Lindell Audio RE-76X

The Lindell Audio RE-76X is a take on the classic American 1176 compressor in 500-series format. This compressor has been carefully designed to recreate the timbres of nuances of vintage-era FET compressors featuring variable attack/release, a parallel mix control, side-chain highpass filtering and a hardware bypass switch for true A/B comparison.

With use of a High-pass side-chain filter this outboard compressor allows you to fine-tune your dynamics: Want to compress your snare sound, but the kick keeps pushing you over the threshold? The RE-76X compressor's onboard high-pass side-chain filter is ready to come to the rescue. With three settings to choose from (off, 100Hz, and 300Hz) it's easy to block out lows and reclaim your dynamics control. And best of all, you get all the benefits of side-chaining, without needing to patch external signal into your RE-76X.
