Warehouse Assistant

We have an opportunity for a Warehouse assistant to join our team in Liverpool.

You will be reporting to the Warehouse manager.

We are looking for either 1 full-time person, or 2 part-time persons for the role.

This role is suited to well organised individuals with warehousing experience. Accuracy is incredibly important and the ability to prioritise, multi-task and cope with high workloads is vital.

Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Receiving deliveries of goods and supplies
  • Checking of incoming goods for damaged or missing items
  • Communicating with suppliers should problems occur
  • Safe and secure storage of stock in appropriate areas
  • Picking and packing of all Sales orders for shipping via approved couriers
  • Maintaining stock records
  • Communicating with all departments concerning receipt or shipment of their goods
  • Communicating with Customers to supply relevant tracking information once shipments have been dispatched
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and appropriately managed for safe storage of goods
  • Obtaining shipping quotes

Skills & Experience

  • Warehousing experience required
  • Experience of barcoding & bin locations
  • Experience of dispatch software
  • PC Literate - our systems are computerised and specific training will be given, but knowledge / 
  • understaning of computers and the internet is required.
  • An eye for detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Quick learner
  • Team player
  • Aspects of the job are physical and involves lifting

Previous experience required.

PR / Marketing / Web Assistant

We have an opportunity for a Marketing & Web Assistant to join our team in Liverpool.

Working alongside the Web Manager, this role will help to promote and raise the profile of various departments including sales, hire and service.

You will be reporting to the Web Manager.

To begin, this role can be fulfilled on a freelance basis.

Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Strategically plan marketing activities
  • Create Press Releases for key jobs the company has undertaken
  • Build up relationships with media outlets and disseminating news
  • Write Blog posts - News & Reviews
  • Manage Social media output
  • Add and update product details on our e-commerce site.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong English grammar
  • Ability to quickly write high-quality copy
  • Have written for publications in the past
  • Knowledge of pro audio equipment and recording techniques
  • Photo editing

Previous experience required.
